I'm currently seeking representation in the entertainment industry, venture capital to start my own creative studio or S-Corp focused on feature film and motion picture development, and hoping to be cast in feature filmwork. Personal life

Alex's family origin or heritage comes from Czechia, Croatia, Italy, Germany and Pennsylvania Dutch. In Alex's free time, Alex immensely enjoys painting landscapes, cooking, mountain biking, and playing outdoor basketball.

Film

Alex's connection to the Hollywood film The Terminal (2004) - Alexander has a connection to the historical event that served as the inspiration for the film The Terminal - a photograph taken of 57 jazz legends, called "A Great Day in Harlem (1958)". Alex in high school, played trombone with the Count Basie Orchestra and Wynton Marsalis, who ran in social circles with Art Blakey, Thelonius Monk, Benny Golson, and similar characters that served as inspiration for the Peanuts jar that the character Viktor Navorski carries around the airport. Alexander Falck, with the LHS high school band, played live on local television for Count Basie in 2009, before traveling with the Count Basie Orchestra and Wynton Marsalis to play for Chalmette High School in New Orleans, Louisiana as part of Hurricane Katrina relief, called Operation Southern Comfort.

Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (1977), Indiana Jones (1981), and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) - Alex's father had a chemistry professor at Syracuse University whose son was the sound designer for the first film in the Star Wars series. The columns of the Carrier Dome sports stadium, where Alex watched Syracuse basketball as a child, were used for Star Wars themed gun-blaster and tie fighter sound effects. The chemistry professor's son is credited with inventing the Wookie language spoken by the character "Chewbacca."

Alexander Falck routinely walked up the steps and past the house used to film The Exorcist (1973), while a student at Georgetown University in 2014 to 2016.

IFC Films Hollywood film Adult World (2013) - Alexander was a member of the Syracuse basketball pep-band and included in filming, while a student at Syracuse University and season ticket holder for the basketball games where the scene was shot.

Blind Cop2 (2025) and connection to Thor: Ragnarok (2017) - Alexander was recruited as an extra for director Alec Bonk's production of Blind Cop 2. Director Alec Bonk has worked as additional crew on set for Marvel A-listers, from filming behind the scenes on Thor: Ragnarok (2017).

The Binge (2020), starring cast members of Stranger Things - Alexander auditioned and received runner up for a speaking role for The Binge, a Yale graduate production. The owner of the American High film studio, where Alex auditioned, is credited as co-writer of the movie The Hangover, and director for A-listers in the Hollywood film Murder Mystery 2. He also has producer and directorial credits for filmwork including Holly Slept Over, I Love My Dad, Empire Waist, Crush, and Banana Split.

• Concert with Wynton Marsalis, Managing Director of Jazz at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts - Marsalis is the only musician to have won a Grammy Award in both jazz and classical categories in the same year.

While in attendance at Liverpool High School, Alex's band department worked with The Count Basie Orchestra, Paul Mercer Ellington of The Duke Ellington Orchestra, Wynton Marsalis, Kenny G, and Tom Malone of the CBS House Band of The Late Show with David Letterman.

Alex played trombone under the instruction of conductors James Dumas, Joseph Philio, and James Spadafore from 2006 to 2010. James Spadafore, Alex's high school band director, played with Marvin Hamlisch, Natalie Cole (daughter of Nat King Cole), Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra Jr., Ben Vareen, Bob Hope, Petula Clark, The Fifth Dimension, The Spinners, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, The Four Tops, and The Temptations.

Marvin Hamlisch, in the company of Elton John and Audrey Hepburn, is one of only nineteen (19) people in world history as of the year 2024 to have earned EGOT status (awarded at least one Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony). Marvin worked on the scores for The Informant and Behind the Candelabra starring Matt Damon, known for his adaptation of "The Entertainer" for The Sting starring Robert Redford and Paul Newman, co-wrote the film score "Nobody Does It Better" for Eon Production's James Bond: The Spy Who Loved Me (1977), contributed to several early Woody Allen films, wrote the original theme music for Good Morning America, wrote "The Way We Were" performed by Barbra Streisand, "The Travelin' Life" song featured on Liza Minnelli's 1964 debut album, and was also Principal Conductor for the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington, DC.
